Puja at a Public Place

A man  should be religious, but not other being inconvenience. He has a right to worship god. Our Indian constitution has given total freedom to practice it. The rituals can be performed at one's free will. But, in a secular country one must be careful that the religious events should not be arranged at Public places like Railway Stations, Airports, Busy Roads, etc. It causes  inconveniences to the general public. Imagine that if all the religions start to use Public premises for their religious programmes and rituals, what will happen? The government also should not encourage such public rituals.
Below is the photograph of a Satyanarayan Puja held at H-West Ward Municipal office premises exactly you enter the gate in the middle of the compound.
